Snoring is a real problem especially
for married people. Getting a good night’s sleep is vital for both
partners but there will be nights (all nights?) when snoring will
prevent them from getting a good night’s sleep.
Snoring is usually linked to some
health condition, such as the cardio or respiratory issues. Some

with snoring which may save marriages or relationships. Here are some

Check your sleep position. It could be
a main cause for snoring. Sleep on your back makes the base of the
tongue collapse to the back wall of your throat, blocking the airway.
Sleeping on your side is a better position.
Lose weight. Some people start to snore
once they put on added weight. This affects a person’s neck by
squeezing the internal diameter of your throat, causing snoring.
Avoid alcohol. It reduces the tone of
the muscles of your throat resulting in snoring.
Free up your nasal passages. Snoring
often happens when you have cold and you need to blow your nose to
free up the blocked passages.
